How long will it take to get my order?

This will vary depending on the item and order. Most items ship quickly and should be delivered in 10 to 14 days and on many occasions even quicker. Products ship out from various locations and have various manufacturing times. Because of this, you may recieve an order for multiple products in multiple packages and on different days. What if I receive a damaged or broken item?

If item delivered is not the right item, broken or damaged upon delivery contact us as soon as possible at support@createtheperfectgift.com. Please provide a picture of item and explanation of damage or defect. Once this is received we will provide instructions and issue replacement or refund.


 

What if I ordered the wrong size or item?

We will handle any issues with this on a case by case basis to determine the best solution for all parties.
